Williams 8912 Propane to Natural Gas Conversion Kit for Monterey 50,000 BTU (50098 / 50096A Series)

• Converts a Monterey propane furnace to run on natural gas

For use with Williams Monterey top vent wall furnaces with Williams brand gas valves:

• Monterey 50098 Series (50,000 BTU, propane)
• Monterey 5009621A (50096A Series, 50,000 BTU, propane)

Note: This kit converts propane models to natural gas only. To convert in the other direction, use kit 8909.

• Conversion must be performed by a qualified service technician or gas supplier. Do not change the furnace to use another gas without the proper manufacturer’s gas conversion kit.
• After conversion, check the manifold pressure and test all connections for leaks before use.
• Propane models are orificed for commercially pure propane and cannot be used with butane or a butane-propane mix.
• Read the furnace installation manual and the kit instructions before installation.
