Williams 9A334 High Altitude Orifice Kit (2,001-8,000 ft) for Monterey 2509621A Propane

The kit covers the full 2,001 – 8,000 ft range. Your installer uses the orifice listed for your elevation.

• Re-orifices the main burner for installations between 2,001 and 8,000 ft
• Keeps the burner input correct in thinner air for clean, safe combustion

Note: For propane models only. For the natural gas version of this furnace, use kit 9A331. Furnaces at or below 2,000 ft use the factory orifice and do not need this kit.

• Operation above 2,000 ft requires high altitude conversion. The orifice must be installed by a qualified service technician or gas supplier.
• For elevations above 2,000 ft, reduce the furnace rating 4% for each 1,000 ft above sea level. Never increase input by enlarging the orifice or raising gas pressure.
